Cancellation Policy

There will be no refunds of deposits made for special event bookings or bookings for peak holiday periods (Christmas/NewYear/Easter/School Holidays) or if booking is cancelled within 24 hours of arrival time. Otherwise, we will gladly refund your deposit less cancellation fee of $28 for a Cabin or Unit and $12.50 for a Powered Site/Ensuite Site. A full refund will apply to any booking cancelled within 24 hours of your booking being made providing it is not within the 24 hour period prior to arrival.

There are no refunds of site fees paid on or after arrival.

Pet Policy

Pets welcomed on sites only at managers discretion and by prior arrangement.

No pets allowed in cabin and unit section.
